SCHOLAR ATHLETE

Dan Storms ’10 takes seriously both his swimming and his preparation for the LSAT. A four–year letterwinner specializing in the sprint freestyle, he is team co–captain this year. Last year, he finished fourth in the 200–yard free at the NESCAC Championships with a Wesleyan–record time of 1:42.27. He is also part of both Wesleyan’s school record–setting 200–yard and 400–yard relay squads. Son of two Wesleyan alumni, Dan is a government major with a concentration in American politics. In his hometown of New Canaan, Conn., he has often helped the local Special Olympics as a volunteer and fundraiser.
